In the growing world of work, there has been a lot of development that affects young workers; as a young worker myself, I have x-rayed the information gap as regards what is obtainable in the dynamic world of work.

As we continue to embrace digitalization, there is a lacuna of what is obtainable in the labour market; It is a call to action, especially for young workers, to be involved in their welfare. There is also the need for workers to upskill to ensure that they meet up with what employers require as talents in the 21st century.

The government, on its part, needs to update and implement policies to ensure decent work.
